On August 4, 2020, a tragic incident occurred in Hartford, Connecticut, resulting in the death of 28-year-old Kennedy D. Burgess. The event took place at an unsanctioned nightclub operating within a warehouse located at 818 Windsor Street in Hartford's north end. Approximately 50 people were present when gunfire erupted around 1:28 a.m., leading to six individuals being shot.
