In the early morning hours of February 17, 2010, the quiet of a Hartford, Connecticut neighborhood was broken by the sound of gunshots. At approximately 12:53 a.m., Hartford police responded to a report of shots fired on Pembroke Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered a Mazda 6 engulfed in flames.
