On the morning of April 15, 2022, gunshots shattered the quiet of a Hartford, Connecticut neighborhood, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Twenty-five-year-old Michael Foley was discovered unresponsive on the sidewalk in the 200 block of Sigourney Street, suffering from gunshot wounds.
