On September 23, 2017, at approximately 12:38 a.m., a tragic incident unfolded on Albany Avenue in Hartford, Connecticut. A verbal altercation escalated into gunfire, resulting in the deaths of two individuals and injuries to two others. Joshua Taylor, a 31-year-old resident of Hartford, was fatally shot in the head and pronounced dead at the scene.
