In the early morning hours of February 19, 2019, the quiet of a Hartford, Connecticut apartment complex was broken by a grim discovery. A resident heading to work around 1:30 a.m. stumbled upon the unresponsive body of a man in the parking lot of the Woodland Drive complex and immediately called 911.
