In the late hours of a Sunday night in Hartford, Connecticut, the life of 20-year-old Hispanic male Johnny Rodriguez was tragically cut short. On January 26, 2025, just before 11 p.m., the city's ShotSpotter system detected gunfire near 1901 Broad Street, prompting a police response.
