In the early hours of Sunday, September 2, 2018, the sounds of a house party on Hillside Avenue in Hartford, Connecticut, were tragically silenced by gunfire. Kevin Campbell, a 34-year-old Black/African American male from Windsor, was among the attendees when violence erupted.
