On March 25, 2013, at approximately 5 p.m., Hartford Police responded to reports of gunfire on Clark Street. Upon arrival, they observed a red pickup truck speeding away, driven by Randolph Feliciano, who informed officers that his 19-year-old son, Kwante, had been shot at 138 Clark Street. Police escorted the vehicle to Saint Francis Hospital, where Kwante was pronounced dead from a gunshot wound to the chest.
