On a summer evening in Hartford, Connecticut, the life of a promising young man was tragically cut short. Keith Callabrass Jr., a 19-year-old Black male, was shot multiple times on Sunday, June 16, 2013, in the city's North End. The shooting occurred shortly before 11 p.m. on Cleveland Avenue. Responding officers found Callabrass with several gunshot wounds.
