Derrell Marquise Haynes, a 19-year-old African American male, passed away on December 23, 2014, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Born on July 18, 1995, in Baton Rouge, Derrell was affectionately known as "Rell" by his family and friends. He was the son of Derrick Haynes and Jelanda Harness.
