On the evening of April 7, 2020, a young man's life was cut short in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Joshua Andrews, a 21-year-old male, was discovered in a parking lot on Rosenwald Road at approximately 10:30 p.m., suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency services transported him to a local hospital, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
