Joshua Andrews, a 21-year-old male from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on April 7, 2020. Andrews was found in the parking lot of 999 Rosenwald Road around 10:30 PM, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The Baton Rouge Police Department immediately launched an investigation into his death.
