In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of 57-year-old Robert Harrison, a male resident of the city, was tragically cut short. On February 9, 2016, Harrison was discovered lifeless in the parking lot of a car wash situated in the 6900 block of Scenic Highway. The time was approximately 9:30 a.m. when authorities were alerted to the grim scene.
