Cedric Williams, a 44-year-old African American man from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away on September 28, 2021. Cedric was born on May 3, 1977, to Russell Jackson and the late Geraldine Williams. He was later nurtured and reared by his stepfather, Isaac Williams. Cedric attended the East Baton Rouge Parish School System and was skilled in plumbing.
