In the early morning hours of September 25, 2022, the life of 18-year-old Kevin Dermond Johnson of Gonzales, Louisiana, was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in Baton Rouge. A male, Johnson was discovered by Baton Rouge Police Department officers around 5:30 a.m. in the 10000 block of Avenue H, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Emergency services promptly transported Johnson to a nearby hospital for medical attention. Despite the efforts of medical professionals, he succumbed ...
