Randall Cedric Parker, a 64-year-old African American male from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on October 29, 2022. Parker was shot while attempting to assist a female victim who was being attacked by an unknown male suspect. The incident occurred around 9:18 AM in the 2500 block of North 31st Street. Despite being transported to a local hospital, Parker succumbed to his gunshot injuries on November 2, 2022.
