Devin Page Jr., a three-year-old African American boy from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on April 12, 2022. Devin was asleep in his crib alongside his one-year-old sister when multiple shots were fired, and he was struck in the head by a stray bullet. The intended target was the house next door, but the bullets found their way into Devin's home, ending his young life.
