In the winter of 2014, the life of 18-year-old Timothy Thomas was tragically cut short by gun violence in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. On the evening of February 13th, the young man was fatally shot at the Park East Apartment complex located on Sharp Lane. The incident left the community searching for answers and law enforcement seeking those responsible for the senseless act.
