In the early evening of November 25, 2019, the life of 34-year-old Marquis McCoy was cut short in a fatal shooting in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 6:02 p.m. in the 1800 block of Blvd De Province. Officers from the Baton Rouge Police Department responded to the scene and discovered that a man had sustained gunshot wounds.
