In a tragic and unforeseen turn of events, the life of 15-year-old Kenneth Burrell Jr. was cut short on the evening of Wednesday, September 4, 2024, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident unfolded at The Hub apartment complex located on Highland Road, a place that had unfortunately become familiar with law enforcement presence.
