On a tragic day in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a young man's life was cut short, leaving a family heartbroken and a community searching for answers. Nicholas Brumfield, a 23-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on May 31, 2014. Brumfield was an employee at Red's Auto Upholstery, where he was honing his skills in trimming car interiors and building speaker boxes.
