In the spring of 2021, a young man’s life was cut tragically short in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Raychard Flowers, a 21-year-old male, was inside his home on April 30, 2021, when a violent encounter led to his untimely death. The incident unfolded at his residence located near the intersection of North 26th Street and Gayosa Street. It was there that an argument escalated, resulting in Flowers being shot multiple times.
