Raychard Flowers, a 21-year-old African American male, was found dead in his home on April 29, 2021, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Baton Rouge Police Department reported that Flowers was shot and killed at his residence on Gayosa Street. The incident occurred around 3:36 PM, and Flowers was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation into his death was immediately launched by the BRPD Homicide Detectives.
