In the quiet of a Sunday evening in Baton Rouge, tragedy befell 27-year-old Quenton Gilmore. He was discovered lifeless on the pavement in the 1600 block of Rosenwald Road around 9:15 p.m. The grim discovery launched an investigation by the Baton Rouge Police Department into the circumstances surrounding his untimely death, which was determined to be the result of a shooting.
