On a Friday evening in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of 38-year-old Ryan Priest was violently cut short in a burst of gunfire. The white male, who was homeless at the time, was in the 1700 block of Boulevard De Province when the shooting erupted around 8 p.m. Priest, who was originally from Ohio and had moved to Baton Rouge for work years earlier, was not the only victim that day.
