In the late afternoon hours of a Tuesday in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of 23-year-old Jashawn Neal, a male, was tragically cut short. On March 26, 2024, at approximately 4:28 p.m., gunfire erupted at the Colonial Terrace apartment complex on Wooddale Boulevard, leaving a scene of violence and sorrow. Neal was discovered by Baton Rouge Police Homicide Detectives with fatal gunshot wounds. Alongside him, a one-year-old child had also been struck by gunfire and was rushed to a local hospital ...
