A resident of LaPlace, Louisiana, he was a father of four and a self-employed tattoo artist known by friends and family as 'Que,' 'Bigg Dogg,' or 'Madd Dogg.' Those who knew him described him as a unique, fearless, and confident individual who was deeply loved.
