Arvion Finley, a 20-year-old man from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was tragically shot to death on May 20, 2018. The incident occurred around 3 p.m. in a car wash parking lot near an elementary school. The Advocate reported that a 40-year-old man was later arrested in connection with the slaying of Arvion Finley. Another man was killed in a separate shooting a few hours later.
