On a December morning in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a physical altercation inside a business on Dougherty Drive escalated to a fatal conclusion. The incident, which occurred around 9:30 a.m. on December 19, 2022, resulted in the shooting death of 28-year-old Timothy Torshalln Stewart. When authorities arrived, they found that Stewart had succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
