Dion Lee Williams, a 14-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 9, 2022, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Dion was found with multiple gunshot wounds in a parking lot and was later pronounced dead at a local hospital. The incident occurred in the afternoon, around 2 p.m., when officers responded to a reported shooting at the Save More Market on Lobdell Avenue. The investigation revealed that Dion was shot multiple times, leading to his untimely death.
