In the autumn of 2020, a sudden burst of violence shattered a quiet evening in Baton Rouge. On November 7th, 37-year-old Donald Dunn, a male resident of the city, was found inside his vehicle in the 4700 block of Winbourne Avenue. He had been shot multiple times.
