In the spring of 2018, the voice of a rising Baton Rouge rapper was silenced. Louis Robinson Jr., a 29-year-old male known locally by his stage name 'Louis BadAzz,' was fatally shot in the middle of the day on May 2, 2018. A military veteran who had served his country for six years after high school, Robinson had returned to his hometown and was making a name for himself in the local music scene with a popular radio hit.
