Murdered

On the evening of Sunday, July 21, 2024, Baton Rouge police responded to reports of gunfire on Cedar Avenue, between Choctaw Drive and Chippewa Street, just west of Interstate 110. Upon arrival, officers discovered 32-year-old Marvus Green inside a vehicle, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency medical officials pronounced Green dead at the scene.
