Aurtrell Bivens, a 26-year-old African American male, was tragically shot on January 4, 2021, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 6:35 PM in the 1400 block of North 23rd Street near Cherry Street. Bivens was traveling northbound on North 23rd Street with a juvenile when unknown suspects began shooting at their vehicle.
