Brionne "BG" Linson, a 14-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on August 23, 2019, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Brionne, who had recently started eighth grade and joined his school's football team, dreamed of becoming a police officer. His aspirations were cut short when he was shot in an area of the city known for its concentration of shelters and social services, as well as several drug houses.
