Tramaine Phillips, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 11, 2022, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, Phillips was shot to death at 4412 Gus Young Avenue around 9:40 a.m. on that fateful day. The incident also involved a 26-year-old male who was injured and subsequently transported to the hospital.
