In the early morning hours of a Sunday in November 2018, the eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, became the scene of a fatal act of violence. Twenty-two-year-old Ketron McDonald was driving his Nissan Altima near the Perkins Road exit when the unthinkable happened. Shots rang out from a passing vehicle, striking McDonald and turning a routine drive into a sudden tragedy.
