Joel Fealing, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 21, 2018, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred during an altercation in the parking lot of a laundromat located at 5595 Greenwell Springs Road. According to reports, Joel Fealing and a 29-year-old man exchanged gunfire while sitting inside a vehicle during a drug transaction. Joel Fealing was shot in the lower extremity and was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
