In the late hours of a Saturday in Baton Rouge, the life of 19-year-old Jamone Williams Jr. was tragically cut short. On September 18, 2021, the young man was discovered inside his vehicle in the 2700 block of Greenwell Street, having sustained what appeared to be a fatal gunshot wound. The grim discovery was made at approximately 8:40 p.m., prompting an investigation by Baton Rouge Police Detectives into the untimely death of the teenager from Cavalier Drive.
