In the early moments of a Wednesday, just after midnight on November 2, 2016, the life of 18-year-old Keondrae Ricks was tragically cut short in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Ricks, a male, was discovered lying in the 2000 block of Nebraska Street, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his chest.
