Keondrea Ricks, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 2, 2016, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Keondrea was riding his bike near his home when he was shot and killed. The incident occurred just after midnight in the 1900 block of Nebraska Street. The circumstances surrounding his death were initially unclear, but it was later revealed that he had been gunned down in what appeared to be a targeted attack.
