Yoshihiro "Yoshi" Hattori, a 16-year-old Japanese exchange student, was tragically shot and killed on October 17, 1992, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Hattori, who was on his way to a Halloween party, mistakenly went to the wrong house.
