In the late summer of 2021, the life of Arkeen Oubre, a 37-year-old male, was tragically cut short in a violent encounter in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. On the night of August 28, 2021, at approximately 11:09 p.m., police responded to a call in the 2500 block of Choctaw Drive. There, they discovered Oubre inside his vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
