Arkeen Oubre, a 37-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on August 28, 2021, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 11:09 PM in the 2500 block of Choctaw Drive. Oubre was found by Baton Rouge Police Department officers suffering from multiple gunshot wounds while sitting in his vehicle. He was immediately transported to Our Lady of the Lake Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on September 1, 2021.
