Vincent Fitzroy Arthurs, a 52-year-old man, was reported missing on April 15, 1994, while working as a pastry chef aboard the cruise ship Sovereign of the Seas. He had been employed by Royal Caribbean for thirteen years. On that fateful day, the ship was at sea between Coco Bay, Bahamas, and Miami, Florida. Arthurs was last seen on board, but by the time the ship docked in Miami, he had vanished without a trace.
