Edwin Theophilis Pritchard, a 30-year-old Miami resident, was last seen on December 12, 2009, when he and his friend, Richard Alicea, departed from Haulover Beach Marina in Miami, Florida. The two men were heading to Bimini, Bahamas, on a 17-foot white Key Largo boat with a green-blue stripe, equipped with one outboard engine.
