In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of Thomas Sneed, a 54-year-old man, was brought to an abrupt and violent end. On March 6, 2024, gunshots shattered the night's quiet at the Sherwood Acres apartment complex, a residential area located off of Coursey Boulevard near Stumberg Lane. When the sounds of the shooting subsided, Sneed was left with fatal injuries.
