Hector arrived from El Paso, TX and checked into the Lakefront Millennial Hotel at 0500 hours. He was supposed to board a flight at noon to Dutch Harbor for work, but never arrived at the airport. His hotel room was checked and he wasn't there, but his belongings were. No one has been able to get in contact with him.
