On a quiet Christmas morning in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the festive cheer was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of 37-year-old Gerald Augustus Jr. Known to his loved ones as 'Punkin,' he was fatally shot in the early hours of December 25, 2018.
