Jayrick Ja'Voy Washington, an 18-year-old male, was driving to his job at a Walmart in Baker, Louisiana, on March 23, 2024, when his life was tragically cut short in what police now believe was a case of mistaken identity. A recent graduate of Jennings High School, Washington was a student at Southern University in Baton Rouge, pursuing a degree in business.
