Oswal Migdonio Andrade, a 22-year-old male from Baton Rouge, LA, was tragically shot and killed on December 9, 2015. The incident occurred around 11:10 p.m. in the 9000 block of Tracy Avenue. Andrade was taken to a hospital but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.
