RaHeal Laquan Pierre, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 23, 2019, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was found in the roadway suffering from apparent gunshot injuries around 9:00 PM in the 1400 block of Lake Calais Court. Despite efforts to save him, RaHeal was pronounced deceased at the scene.
