On November 14, 2023, at approximately 12:28 a.m., deputies from the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office discovered 21-year-old Clarence Jackson III unresponsive in the front yard of a residence on Old Rafe Mayer Road in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was pronounced dead at the scene from gunshot wounds.
