On a Sunday afternoon in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of a promising young athlete was tragically cut short. Terry Delaney, a 17-year-old male, was fatally shot on February 23, 2020, in an apartment complex on O'Neal Lane. At the time of his death, another male was also reported to have sustained injuries in the incident.
