Terry Delaney, a 17-year-old African American male from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on February 23, 2020. Terry was a promising high school football star at Tara High School, known for his jovial personality and bright future. He had recently signed to play defensive lineman at Southeastern Louisiana University, where he planned to study sports medicine. His untimely death has left his family, friends, and community in deep sorrow.
